* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Crawford County in northwestern Arkansas...
Central Franklin County in west central Arkansas...
Northern Sebastian County in west central Arkansas...
* WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 512 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Estimates of up to 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Fort Smith, Van Buren, Ozark, Cedarville, Alma, Mulberry, Dyer,
Altus, Rudy, Wiederkehr Village, Figure Five, Kibler, Concord,
Vesta, Shibley, Furry, Toney, Cecil, Peter Pender and Meg.
