Description:
At 735 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles northeast
of Lake Havasu City, moving northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Mohave County.
This includes Interstate 40 in Arizona between mile markers 11 and
20.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
