South Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 615 PM MST.
* At 520 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles east of
Topawa, moving northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Kitt Peak, South Komelik, Coldfields and Fresnal Canyon.
This includes Route 286 between mile markers 20 and 25.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
