Description:
At 850 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Patagonia, moving southwest at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Sonoita and Madera Canyon.
This includes the following highways...
Route 82 between mile markers 24 and 36. Route 83 between mile
markers 27 and 52.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
