* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall overnight in southern Arizona and northern Sonora. * WHERE...Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 500 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of the San Pedro river, washes flowing into the San Pedro, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are likely inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1106 AM MST, Signfciant rainfall fell across southern Arizona and northern Sonora Mexico overnight. The San Pedro River at Palominas is near Action Stage. - The current stage is around 14 feet and could rise into Action Stage at 15 feet. Flooding is being observed in low- lying areas along the San Pedro River at East Hereford Road. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Palominas and areas along the San Pedro River, including East Hereford Road. - This includes the following highways... Route 90 near mile marker 329.
