Description:
At 756 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
East Mesa, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Mesa, Gilbert, Apache Junction, East Mesa, Gold Canyon, Gold Camp,
Falcon Field Airport, Lost Dutchman State Park, Goldfield, Usery
Mountain Park, Superstition Springs Mall, Kings Ranch, and Phoenix
Mesa Gateway Airport.
This includes the following highways...
US Highway 60 between mile markers 186 and 203.
AZ Route 202 between mile markers 22 and 37.
