Description:
At 706 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Florence Junction, or 10 miles south of Gold Canyon, moving northeast
at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Florence Junction and Queen Valley.
This includes the following highways...
US Highway 60 between mile markers 207 and 222.
AZ Route 79 between mile markers 142 and 150.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
