Description:
At 523 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Maricopa, or 16 miles west of Casa Grande, moving
northeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Maricopa, Ak-Chin Village, and Stanfield.
This includes the following highways...
AZ Route 238 near mile marker 44.
AZ Route 347 between mile markers 162 and 174.
Instruction:
