Maricopa County in south central Arizona...
Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 1145 AM MST.
* At 950 AM MST, a dust channel was located along SR-347 just south
of Riggs Rd, and was stationary.
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
* Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Maricopa and Pinal Counties.
This includes AZ Route 347 between mile markers 181 and 185.
Instruction:
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
