Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Maricopa County in south central Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM MST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 958 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of
rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Sols Wash, Flying E Wash, Mill Wash, Hartman Wash, Star Wash, Red
Cloud Wash, Cemetery Wash, Hassayampa River, Martinez Wash and
Jimmie Wash. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected.

Mainly rural areas of Maricopa County.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
