Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 10 to 14
inches for areas of elevation. Winds occasionally gusting as high
as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Noatak Valley and South Slopes of the Western Brooks Range.
* WHEN...From midnight Thursday Night to 10 AM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water with
you in case of an emergency.
