expected.
* WHERE...Annette Island, City and Borough of Wrangell, and Ketchikan
Gateway Borough.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM AKDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest wind gusts are expected Thursday night
into Friday. Gusts above 1000 ft may exceed 60 mph.
