* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts of 50 to 70 mph.
* WHERE...Anchorage Hillside
* WHEN...Until midnight AKDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected over Rabbit
Creek, Potter Creek, Turnagain Arm and Bear Valley.
