* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Kroto Creek and Moose Creek near Oilwell Road. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM AKDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 248 PM AKDT, river gauge report for Moose Creek at Oilwell Road indicates that water levels are falling but still remain above flood stage this afternoon. Minor flooding is occurring, especially near Kroto Creek and Moose Creek. - Rainfall has moved out of the advisory area, allowing water levels to begin receding. However, drainage from prior heavy rainfall will continue to cause flooding through Friday night. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
