Description:
At 1110 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Huntland, or 8 miles southwest of Winchester, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Winchester, Decherd, Estill Springs, Cowan, Huntland, Sewanee, Tims
Ford Lake, Lexie Crossroads, Harmony, and Jericho.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
