For the Styx River...including Elsanor...Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Styx River near Elsanor. * WHEN...From this evening to Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Major Flood stage. Water is near and under low lying houses on Donovan Circle with the road flooded. Goat Cooper and Waterworld Roads impassable, with major flooding near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 17.2 feet tomorrow evening.
