Description:
At 153 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Ten Cedar Estates, or 7 miles north of Wetumpka, moving south at 15
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Millbrook, Wetumpka, Elmore, Coosada, Santuck, Weoka Mills, Titus,
Jordan Lake, Ten Cedar Estates, Blue Ridge, Dexter, Claud, Holtville,
Wetumpka Municipal Airport, Central, Jordan Dam, Wallsboro, and
Speigner.
Instruction:
