Description:
At 221 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Gadsden Mall, or 6 miles east of Rainbow City, moving north at 15
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Gadsden, Rainbow City, Attalla, Glencoe, Reece City, Gadsden Mall,
Noccalula Falls, Neely Henry Lake, Southside, Northside, Gadsden
Water Works, Gadsden Steam Plant, Big Wills Creek, Crudup, Gadsden
Municipal Airport, Wilsonia, Cobb City, Keener and Black Creek.
