Description:
At 238 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Paul M Grist State Park, or near Valley Grande, moving south at 15
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Selma, Valley Grande, Burnsville, Parnell, Paul M Grist State Park,
Potter Station, Valley Creek Junction, Plantersville, Selma
University, Barrett Creek, and Summerfield.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
