Brilliant, or near Winfield, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Win, Bluff, Twin, Tucker, Hubbertville, Bazemore, Wayside, and Texas.
This includes Interstate 22 between mile markers 20 and 38.
