At 552 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Pleasant Gap, or near Piedmont, moving southwest at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Jacksonville, Piedmont, Pleasant Gap, Mars Hills, Jacksonville State
University, Liberty Hill, Oak Level, Sweetwater Lake, Borden Springs,
Coleman Lake And Campground, and Spring Garden.
Instruction:
