Description:
At 341 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Shelton State Community College, or near Tuscaloosa, moving southwest
at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Southern Tuscaloosa, Holt, Moundville, University Mall, McFarland
Mall, Shelton State Community College, Englewood, Little Sandy,
Maxwell, Taylorville, Fosters Boat Landing, Hull, Mound State Park,
Duncanville, and Fosters.
