* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following counties, Clay, St. Clair and Talladega. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 701 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Talladega, Sylacauga, Pell City, Lincoln, Riverside, Munford, Waldo, Alpine, Logan Martin Lake, Winterboro, Talladega Superspeedway, Alpine Bay Resort, Talladega Municipal Airport, Honda Manufacturing Of Alabama, Coosa Island, Logan Martin Dam, Sycamore, Grant Town, Harrisburg and Howells Cove.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
