Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker. * WHEN...From late Thursday night to Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Flooding of Cotton Ridge Park in Baker begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 4.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Friday morning to a crest of 13.9 feet early Saturday morning.
