Motorists and residents should avoid County Road 436 and nearby low?lying roads until conditions are cleared. County crews and emergency responders are aware of the situation.If you encounter water over the roadway, TURN AROUND ? DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODWATER. Even shallow moving water can sweep vehicles off the road. Use alternate routes and allow extra travel time.
