* At 147 PM MDT, dam operators and county officials reported the
imminent failure of McLeod Dam.
FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for McLeod Dam. This is a PARTICULARLY
DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding from the imminent failure
of McLeod Dam.

* Rural areas between Garfield and Salem, including portions of
Highways 187 and 390, and along Garfield Drain, Garfield Canal, and
other drainage and irrigation ditches.

higher ground immediately.
