* At 944 AM CDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain in Marksville, Mansura, Bunkie, and Big Cane. Between 3 and 8
inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
