* At 232 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches
of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already
occurring.
FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Dodge City and Central Ford County. This
is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
