* Until 400 PM MDT.
* At 328 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Atwood, or 6
miles west of Sterling, moving southeast at 15 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR MERINO AND STERLING.
HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.
* Locations impacted include...
Sterling, Merino, Atwood and Logan Corners.
Instruction:
Seek shelter now inside an interior room on the lowest floor of a
well-built structure. This storm is capable of producing destructive
