* At 1030 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lebanon,
moving east at 30 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR LEBANON, FT LEONARD WOOD, LAQUEY.
HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.
* Locations impacted include...
Fort Leonard Wood, Lebanon, Waynesville, Richland, Stoutland, Twin
Bridges, Laquey, Ozark Springs, Sleeper, Dry Knob, and Falcon.
This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 128 and 157.
Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
This is a dangerous storm. Prepare immediately for large destructive
hail capable of producing significant damage. People outside should
move to shelter inside a strong building, and stay away from windows.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for central, south
central and southwestern Missouri.
