* Until 1230 AM CDT.
* At 1146 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado
were located along a line extending from Lowden to Durant, moving
east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Municipal Airport around 1200 AM CDT.
Charlotte, Clinton County Fairgrounds, Scott County Park, and Park
View around 1205 AM CDT.
