* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of central and northeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Marathon, Portage and Wood. In northeast Wisconsin, Shawano and Waupaca. * WHEN...From noon CDT today through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are already running high and could flood with additional heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Radar estimates and surface observations indicate much of central Wisconsin saw 2 to 4 inches of rain on Wednesday so soils are very saturated.
