In west central Wisconsin, Jackson. * WHEN...From noon CDT today through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Areas of North Central and West Central Wisconsin have seen rainfall totals in the 2-4 inch range over the last 24 hours.
