* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 19 expected. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this morning. For the first Freeze Warning, until noon CDT today. For the second Freeze Warning, from 8 PM this evening to noon CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
