* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
Winds will shift to the northwest during the evening and continue
gusting between 30 and 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast
Missouri, and West Tennessee.
* WHEN...From 8 AM Sunday to 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
