* WHAT...For Sunday, southwest winds ahead of a strong cold front early in the day before turning northwesterly in the late afternoon and evening. Wind speeds between 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30-35 mph expected. For Monday, breezy northwest winds between 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, north central and northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, and east and northeast Texas. * WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 7 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
