* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Downtown Juneau and South Douglas Island * WHEN...Until 1 AM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Use extra caution if traveling by land, sea, or air. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are currently expected into early Wednesday morning. Winds are anticipated to slowly weaken throughout the day, but wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are likely to continue through Wednesday night.
