* WHAT...North winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* WHERE...Seward
* WHEN...Until 1 PM AKDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Wind chills as cold as -10F may cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
