* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Seward.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northerly winds will remain strong and gusty
through Tuesday morning. Winds will gradually begin to decrease
during the day on Tuesday.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
