Description:
* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Southern Kenai Mtns.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM AKDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...the gusty northerly winds will increase this
evening reaching 50 mph around midnight.
Overnight wind chills are expected to drop near 10 below zero
tonight and as low as 20 below zero Monday night.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
