* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Kings Canyon NP, Sequoia NP, South End of the Upper Sierra, Upper San Joaquin River, and Yosemite NP outside of the valley. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind impacts will primarily be for areas above 8,000 feet.
