* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph expected.
Visibility reduced in areas of blowing dust and blowing sand.
* WHERE...Coachella Valley north of Interstate 10.
* WHEN...From 4 AM early this morning to 6 PM PST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
