* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Little Colorado River Valley, Painted Desert, Eastern Mogollon Rim, White Mountains, and Black Mesa Area. * WHEN...From 11 AM to 7 PM MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Localized areas with reduced visibility in blowing dust are expected.
