Description: 
At 739 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Spencer to near Winfield. Movement was east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Spencer, Winfield, Sutton, Grantsville, Sissonville, Eleanor, Gassaway, Arnoldsburg, Kenna, Cedar Creek State Park, Big Otter, Wallback, Amma, Harrison, Burnsville, Flatwoods, Sand Fork, Stumptown, French Creek, and Frametown. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 18 and 58, and between mile markers 60 and 84. Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 114 and 128.
