At 545 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Belington, or near Philippi, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Philippi, Audra State Park, Belington, Junior, Montrose, Pheasant Run, Kerens, and Nestorville.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for northeastern West Virginia.
