Description: 
At 106 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles northwest of Birch River, or 9 miles southwest of Sutton, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sutton, Webster Springs, Addison (Webster Springs), Birch River, Boggs, Diana, Little Birch, Strange Creek, Hacker Valley, Servia, Centralia, and Erbacon. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 46 and 61. Route 19 between mile markers 58 and 68.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
