Description: 
At 1236 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Wallback, or near Clay, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Sutton, Clay, Gassaway, Birch River, Big Otter, Wallback, Harrison, Nebo, Frametown, Strange Creek, Wilsie, Servia, Little Birch, and Ivydale. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 29 and 64. Route 19 between mile markers 57 and 68.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
