Description: 
At 107 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms 11 miles northeast of Sutton, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Walkersville, Sand Run, Horner, Ireland, French Creek, and Lorentz. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 84 and 89. Route 33 between mile markers 3 and 7.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
