At 307 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Coal Fork, or near Charleston, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Charleston, Chesapeake, Marmet, Belle, Cedar Grove, Pinch, Coal Fork,
Glen, Bentree, Swiss, Indore, and Pond Gap.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 near mile marker 1.
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 96 and 103.
West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 88 and 95.
