* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, and northern West Virginia,
including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Taylor.
In northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest
Randolph, Southeast Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph. In northern
West Virginia, Barbour.
* WHEN...From 1 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms this afternoon and evening could once again produce
heavy rainfall, causing flash flooding.
